Ritter Nutrition's Company Core Values “Our Great Eight”

Our core values are those values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves. We have an entire universe of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that throughout the changes in society, government, politics, and technology they are STILL the core values we will abide by. In an ever-changing world, core values are constant. Core values are not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission. The values underlie our work, how we interact with our customers and each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfill our mission. The core values are the basic elements of how we go about our work. They are the practices we use every day in everything we do.

1. It’s our Company

We all share in our success and in our failures. Together everyone achieves more.

2. The Small Things Matter Most

Be exceptional at the ordinary.

3. Take Initiative

Step-up and make a difference! We own problems and we are always responsive to each other and our customers.

4. Consistency

Champions are crowned because they do the same thing over and over again better than the rest.

5. Accountability

We hold each of ourselves to a higher standard. We accept our individual and team responsibilities and we meet our commitments. We take responsibility for our performance in all of our decisions and actions.

6. Embrace and Drive Change

Embracing and capitalizing on change, recognizing that every employee must be empowered to stimulate continuous improvement in all aspects of our business.

7. Be Passionate and Determined

We show pride, enthusiasm and dedication in everything that we do. We are committed to selling and delivering high quality products, services and results.

8. Love What We Do

We take satisfaction and pride in our work. We recognize that we are responsible for our own happiness and success.
